Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:Participate in the logistics strategy definition for plant supply chain and identify lean solutions that support our way towards process excellence and innovation;Lead a team responsible for physical logistics process management (warehousing, raw materials supply to final assembly, repacking, inventory management, etc.);Assure high service level to all stakeholder by minimizing process errors, improving delivery performance and eliminating process variability;You be responsible for CIP (continuous improvement) in your area of responsibility;You will be responsible for logistics KPR/KPI monitoring and improvement;You will lead and participate in several steering meetings with plant management, internal and external stakeholders, business unit responsibles;You will coordinate process audits and standards verification to assure processes development according lean and best in class solutions.Being strong promoter of the team, and actively seeking for improvement opportunities;Delegating tasks, and mentoring associates in their development;Suggest and implement initiatives to keep your best-in-class team highly qualified and motivated (e. g. Competence Management, Inspiring Working Conditions).QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic for logistics and warehousing, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with several stakeholders (internal and external), passionate for continuous improvement and problem solving;Leadership: You have proven leadership record with high acceptance at different levels with ability to give/receive feedback and inspire to achieve targets and overcome challenges. Experience in a high stress environment;Know How: We want someone with good knowledge about supply chain and warehouse processes. Experience in problem solving and quality tools. Knowledge in BPS and other lean tools. Knowledge in SAP is preferred;Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong teamwork ability and communication skills, empathic, with self-driven and holistic mindset;Experience: We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry operations, preferably with background in warehousing or physical logistics management;Education: Background in Industrial Engineering or similar.Working: good skills to understand complex tasks and processes, being result-orientated, self-organized and self-motived to drive changes among the organization.
