Performance Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Design and implement the performance marketing strategyGrow and develop the Performance TeamDesign, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Meta platformsContinuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve volume/efficiencyMonitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPCCollaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creativesAnalyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for retargetingProactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability. REQUERIMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.Proficiency in Excel, Google Ads Editor, Google AnalyticsExceptional analytical and data interpretation skillsFluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong knowledge of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels
