Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO As a GPTA Service Desk Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of the GPTA Service Desk, ensuring that targets and SLA's are met, managing dashboards, and providing status updates. This role also has responsibility for updating and maintaining the service catalog. Maintain system set up, administration and data integrity of Workday, UKG, and iCIMS and other HR related systems.Utilize technology and analytics tools to provide support to both the Human Resources function as well as the overall business.Implement and support new HR Systems.Provide systems solutions and support to the HR department and the business.Prepare for and execute system updates, rolling out new features and functionality to optimize performance and usability.Provide central support for HRIS applications.Processes data change requests to update or correct data in the system and resolves issues and user access/security; documents and tracks customer inquiries and resolutions using ServiceNow.Researches and resolves end-user inquiries/requests, or system problems, performs scheduled activities, recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Provide technical support during systems implementation, and upgrades.Schedule and execute data and file updates, conversions, compliance updates, and mass changes (e.g. pay increases and bonuses). Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED Collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across regions, functions, and levels to create common understanding and achieve common goals. Able to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization.Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to identify root cause and appropriate steps towards a solution.Communication. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE Three (3) + years of experience and understanding of the HR function. Strong understanding of the HR operating model and need for data, systems, and metrics.Continuous improvement mindset to ensure that employees, HR, and managers can utilize the technology and analytics capabilities.Delivery-focused and result-oriented. Ensures delivery on time and that meets the needs of business, HR, and employees.
