Talent and Performance Management: ensure the development and implementation of the talent management model, since performance management, talent review and succession plans, as well as the career model; Business Partner Head office: operationalization of the different HR processes, from recruitment, onboarding, training needs, to exit management, monitoring the entire life cycle of the head office employees.Engagement- Supporting the development and implementation of the internal listening strategy and promote the culture and engagement of employees throughout their lifecycle.Internal Communication & Employer Branding - Define and implement the internal communication and employer branding strategy; Organization of the company's internal events in partnership with the different providers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
