We're looking for talented,- driven people to join our teams!Main Requirements:• Responsible for payroll testing and integration: requirements gathering phase through to the test phase, including the build/configuration phase;• Develop & execute comprehensive testing strategies & plans for Workday implementations & upgrades;• Lead & manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time;• Identify, document & manage defects, ensuring timely resolution & maintaining accurate defect tracking systems;• Provide regular updates & reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues & potential risks;• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies & tools to enhance efficiency & quality assurance practices;• Ensure compliance w/ quality standards, procedures & best practices throughout the testing lifecycle;• Develop & maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, procedures and results;Other Requirements:• EU citizenship;• International Environment;• English mandatory. ;/#J-18808-Ljbffr
