We're looking for talented, driven people to join our teams!Main Requirements: Responsible for payroll testing and integration: requirements gathering phase through to the test phase, including the build/configuration phase; Develop & execute comprehensive testing strategies & plans for Workday implementations & upgrades; Lead & manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time; Identify, document & manage defects, ensuring timely resolution & maintaining accurate defect tracking systems; Provide regular updates & reports to stakeholderson testing progress, issues & potential risks; Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies & tools to enhance efficiency & quality assurance practices; Ensure compliance w/ quality standards, procedures & best practices throughout the testing lifecycle; Develop & maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, procedures and results; Other Requirements: EU citizenship; International Environment; English mandatory. ;/#J-18808-Ljbffr
