Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a Multinational Company, with Global Business Services in Lisbon.


Descrição Responsabilities:

Calculating overtime; shift payments; sales commissions and bonuses.

Accounting, distributing and preparing taxes and deductions.

Mantaining payroll reccords.

Preparing and distributing pay information to employees.

Answering questions from HR transversal professionals regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.

Ensure the good technical knowledge of the Payroll and Time Management tools.
Perfil ideal Experience in Human Resources - Contractual and administrative relations - Payroll - Human resources knowledge



Attention to detail/rigor, Ability to deliver/Results driven

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Analytical Ability

English (Advanced or Fluent)

MS Office Excel (Proficient)
