In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math. Our team is 300+ people (in over 40 countries!) - we are a distributed team built on the principle of self-management Access to management - you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales & marketing team) in a collaborative work environment Customers love us: We have over 6,000 positive reviews online. Your job is to convey that benefit and expand our market share.
The Role Overview: TaxDome is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Partnership Operations Specialist to join our dynamic partnership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with onboarding partners, ensuring smooth operations within the partnership team, and providing support for partner-related reporting and statistics.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including setting up accounts, providing training materials, and assisting with initial setup tasks. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective assistance to address their needs. Manage partner payments and commissions, ensuring accurate and timely payouts according to established procedures. Generate and maintain partner-related reports and statistics, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to streamline partnership operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to partnership management and operations. Ideal Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or software company. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Work format: full-time, EST
Salary range: Compensation: base salary depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
