Job Description: We are now looking for an Ordering Service Specialist for Airbus GBS team! Main responsibilities Create and follow-up Purchase Order Requisitions, ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and servicesFollow-ups on the procurement order requisition until the purchase order is created Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as neededManage various supplier information (performance) and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement toolsData management, data collection and reporting development on purchase order requestsAnalyze relevant documentation and insert relevant data on buying tools, MSOffice Excel and GSuiteManagement and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate partiesManagement and check of the invoice register / amountProcess ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and eventsEnsure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commoditiesContribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Bachelor degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain or business administration or similar1 year work experience in Procurement / administration or similar would be a plusEffective written and verbal communication skills, including fluent in English both written and verbal.
