You will add value by providing purchase order data to ensure accurate billing, and perform problem resolution in ERP and pricing issues. The role will also main Liaison between the account team, Supply Chain, and finance for business issues.Key responsibilities include:Manage the prototype process from sales order to shipment for ATCManage and input shipment and ordering customer data to ensure correct delivery and billingUnderstand the different Customer ordering requirements and B2B portalsTroubleshoot problems for all locations related to correcting customer orders, demand priority, and shippingCoordinate with Commercial Managers to obtain Purchase orders from the customerEnforce and review purchase order control proceduresInput recurring steel price updates for OE customersLiaison with planners for customer demand inputCoordinate with planners to clean up and maintain the customer dataDetermine EDI issues and provide input for correctionAnalyze new customer EDI requirements and decide how to implement themCoordinate testing of customer requirements with planners, accounting, shipping, and ISClarify invoice issues and consult with accounting/commercial managers to identify a resolution for paymentDevelop purchase order controls/proceduresAdminister month end sign-offs for accountingProvide requests of purchase orders to Auditors during the year-end auditCreate reports in Cognos to validate input of data and sales analysisSpecific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills RequiredBSc/BA in management or relevant fieldStrong communication skillsSelf-organisation and time managementAbility to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlinesFull proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookLanguage Skills: EnglishOur Offer:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a truly multicultural environment and get involved in all phases of the global project lifecycle.
