Operations Manager

You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for assigned markets.You will take care of the onboarding of our Emma stores and setting all requirements in the systems.You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retails stores. You will define and improve operations set up for stores that involve: order placement, fulfillment, technical set up & customer service. Act as POC for retail team from operations side, which include Store Managers & Launch Managers.Steering operational & customer service KPIs for our stores. You will actively lead the operational side of store openings.Who we're looking for:Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before You are highly structured person and manage taking care of several account You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions You are proactive and challenge questioning the status quo You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environments You strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships You have great MS/Excel skillsLanguage: English + any other European language is a plus.What we offer:A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
