Operational Procurement Buyer (German Speaker)An industry leading company in the manufacturing of graphite and composite materials is looking for an Operational Procurement Buyer (German Speaker) to join their BU in the Greater Lisbon area.
This is a great growth opportunity in a leading-edge technological company, acting in the fields of mobility, energy and digitization, where you'll join the Procurement team, being responsible for the company's German market.

Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, your responsibilities will be:

• Processing purchase orders;
• Monitoring deliveries;
• Managing the daily contact with internal and external interfaces;
• Following up on issues and complaints;
• Establishing collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures for purchasing goods and services;
• Giving inputs and feedback regarding supplier performance;
• Updating Master Data in the SAP system;
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes and systems.

You must be proficient in German and English and have at least two years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing roles. SAP knowledge and good MS Office skills will be considered a plus. In addition, it would be important to have a university degree level.
