Olt Technical Engineer

Job Description1.Engineering implementation, debugging and commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of Fixed Access Network equipment OLT, NMS, and ONU etc.2.Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.3.Takes charge of daily communication with customers, maintains and improves customer relationships, and improves the customer satisfaction.4.Coordinate the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.Qualifications:1.Have a strong background in communication technologies.
