Job Description: Office ManagerUniversal Group has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is looking for an Office Manager for the Portuguese Office to work closely with senior management and executive staff.Description of FunctionsEnsure administrative procedures and legal obligations related to admissions, employee mobility, and termination of employment contracts.Conduct daily interviews with candidates, evaluating and identifying personal and professional skills.Support in the management of administrative tasks inherent to Human Resources (contractual management, vacation, absenteeism, assiduity, overtime, among others).Monitor the integration of new employees.Support salary processing and compliance with legal obligations.Manage the Occupational Medicine activity.RequirementsDegree or Master in Human Resources ManagementSpoken and written English is mandatoryPrevious experience in the area, preferably in a consulting environmentAdvanced level in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point toolsExcellent communication skillsTaste for TeamworkQuality orientationMethodical and OrganizedProactive and DynamicProfileProfessional or academic training in Human Resources valued.Minimum 3 years of professional experience.Proficiency in English (mandatory).Good interpersonal relationship skills.Dynamism, organizational skills, and time management.Solid knowledge of information systems and domain of computer tools from the user's perspective.#J-18808-Ljbffr
