We are currently looking for an Office Management Assistant (M/F) based in Porto BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC OFFICE MANAGEMENT TEAM Office Management Assistant helps oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a building or facility. Although the responsibilities of the facilities assistant may vary depending upon the team organization, there are some common duties. Facilities assistants helps and answer all colleagues' requests, handle building maintenance, deal with the SST rules and, the most important of all, focus on the company values and its greater richness: Cardif's people.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT TEAM Planning, management and overseeing building maintenance activities and works; Procurement for goods and services: assess the market, compare costs and conditions to facilitate decision; Ensure tidiness, cleanness and stocks in the workspaces (coffee corners, meeting rooms, print corners etc…); Reception desk (receiving / forwarding visitors, suppliers, goods, phone calls…). AS OUR NEW OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT, YOU MUST HAVE: A good level/be fluent in Portuguese & English (French or Italian are a plus); Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Someone with strong organizational, interpersonal and communicational skills; Experience/knowledge in Health & Safety and Procurement is a big plus. Team spirit; Digital advanced skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams; Practice empathy; Negotiation skills; Focus on the detail and  high standards.
