At Tech Company (Permanent), in Lisbon, Portugal Expires at: 2024-07-12 Remote policy: Partial remote Your key activities will be: Office Management:  Oversee the efficient maintenance and continuous operation of the office, coordinating necessary repairs and upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized workspace environment. Purchasing and Inventory:  Manage the procurement process for equipment and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and replenish supplies as needed. Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure their services align with the organization's needs. Contract Management:  Keep accurate and up-to-date records of contractual documents and handle renewals. Support effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products. Travel Arrangements:  Organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.  Ensure employees have all necessary documents for travel.  Event Operational Support:  Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and training sessions. Coordinate logistics, reserve appropriate spaces, and prepare necessary materials. Compliance with HST Laws and Regulations:  Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws and regulations. Implement necessary updates and schedule health consultations for employees, minimizing disruptions to their agendas. Multifunctional Collaboration:  Collaborate with multifunctional teams to develop and implement programs and initiatives related to Administrative & Social Responsibility (ADMIN&SR).  Process Improvement and Innovation:  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Administration and Social Responsibility, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.  Work with the manager and other areas in digitalization initiatives that bring benefits like time and cost reduction.  Main requirements   What are we looking for?   Good knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively;  Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;  Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;  We value good communication skills, active listening, teamwork, critical thinking, good energy, motivation, and willingness to have a lifelong learning experience;  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;  Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;    English to be able to maintain a conversation.   Benefits & Perks   What we have to offer you:   A Hybrid working model.
