Training on internal processes, vendor specific software and global network architecture will be provided.Responsibilities:• Serve as a technical expert for SDWAN solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and implementation.• Understand and document customer requirements relating to our chosen SD-WAN software solution and platforms• Sales and Pre-sales teams in presenting solutions based on the gathered requirements• Provide support throughout the sales and project execution phases to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, including handover to operational teams.• Collaborate with our engineering and sales teams to develop best practices, technical papers, and training materials.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends to drive innovative solution offerings.Required Skills:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience/certifications• Hands-on experience in SDWAN technology, network design, and implementation preferred• Experience in a customer facing role preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with both end-user IT teams and internal stakeholders• CCNA or equivalent vendor certification(s) are preferredWorking at Speedcast:At Speedcast, we want people that like adventure.
