Mobile Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Mobile Quality Assurance Analyst at Namecheap, you will collaboratively review and validate the development work to ensure quality and that the requirements are met, ensuring our millions of users experience our products in a fluid and seamless way.

Location: Hybrid or 100% remote!
Interview Process: This is a three-stage, three-week process: A 45-minute HR conversation ? A 1h Technical & Values discussion ? A 1h Technical interview
Your team: 14 people (1 Technical lead, 1 Project Manager, 1 Product Owner, 1 Backend Developer, 1 Frontend Developer, 3 iOS Developers, 3 Android Developers, 2 Quality Assurance Analysts and YOU!)

What will you do?
- Full-Cycle Testing: Validate development work from planning to release
- Requirements Analysis: Review functionality, migrations and new features
- Quality Focus: Build relationships to make quality a shared priority
- Tools Proficiency: Report bugs in JIRA and validate fixes
- Knowledge Sharing: Continuously share insights to improve processes
What will you bring? - Experience in testing Mobile and Web Apps
- Experience with requirement analysis
- Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists) and using bug-tracking systems
- Experience with REST APIs test applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD and VCS
- Experience using monitoring management tools and logging analysis
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Charles Proxy or similar tools
- Experience with databases
- Experience with test automation
