Interact with customers, understand our business from the ground up, and forge connections with fellow employees.  Global Exposure: Pack your bags! The third phase takes you to the Head Office of another METRO entity abroad. Immerse yourself in a new environment for 5 months, broadening your horizons.  Project Ownership: Each phase comes with a project. Your contributions will shape our business and fuel your personal and professional growth.  Customize Your Path: Work closely with your mentor to tailor your journey. Choose the content and duration of assignments that align with your aspirations.  International Community: Join a vibrant group of trainees from diverse Metro countries and entities.
