The health department supports our companies and policyholders when a medical event occurs. This department is composed of medical experts (dentists, doctors, nurses) as well as assistants and administrative coordinators responsible for reviewing specific health records. You will join a dynamic team in our offices in Lisbon. You will be the privileged contact for our policyholders, clients, and healthcare providers: Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers). Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency. Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health check-ups, prevention campaigns, etc.). Implement and coordinate cost control actions.
