This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership skills to drive the success of our medical initiatives.The role is based in Lisbon. These values guide us in being at our best – and we imagine you share them with us.Responsibilities Develop and implement the global medical strategy and tactical plan in alignment with business goals, ensuring that it reflects the latest scientific and medical advancements in medical cannabis.Interpretation of key relevant scientific data, identify unmet medical, educational and research needs within the medical community.Provide medical input direction to the development of impactful scientific and medical education messages and materials using medical expertise, customer insights and understanding of launch strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate medical insights into overall business strategies.Develop external relationship with relevant medical groups and key stakeholders.KOL mapping and engagement plan (advisory board; expert meetings; publications).Provide medical evaluation and approval for promotional and educational materials.Publication strategy, plan, and development.Medical education activities (incl. CME).Events/congresses/symposia.MSL/medical Training.Medical training of commercial colleagues.Collaborates with R&D and product development team to optimize educational and research support for clinical trials.Collaborates with R&D and product development team for the medical evaluation of products and new opportunities.Identify and implement high impact appropriate high impact medical research projects: Real world evidence studies, patient reported outcomes and other outcome research studies to support the business objectivesRequirements 3-5 years of previous experience as a Medical Affairs Advisor in a pharmaceutical companyPrevious experience as Medical Affairs Advisor/Manager in the Medical cannabis fieldRegional or global experience is a plusSearch, identify, and analyze scientific publicationsCommunication and networking skills (internal and external)Education: medical (preferred) or scientific degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine)#J-18808-Ljbffr
