Conextivity comprises two core business activities: Fischer Connectors and Wearin'.For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for a Master Planner to the development of Fischer Connectors around the world by planning, optimizing and setting up the end-to-end supply chain for cable assembly areaWHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE:Plan production sites, subcontractors and suppliers based on customer demand, available capacity, inventory targets and the overall production strategy of Fischer ConnectorsOptimize operations, costs, quality and customer service by leading or actively participating to improvement projectsActively participate to cross-functional projects in order to improve purchasing planning, production planning, capacity management, inventory managementWork in close collaboration with Production (mainly CA sites such as DE, TU, MY, IN), New Product Introduction, Quality, R& D, Finance and Sales teams to support the launch of new products or transfer products from sites to sitesImprove product flows, logistics and distribution costs from suppliers, subcontractors and production sites to customersSupport the continuous improvement of the product quality by implementing effective work processes with production sites and quality teamsOptimize the utilization of the ERP system (SAP) with production sites, planning, master data and ITPerform risk analysis and develop mitigation plansImplement and analyze KPI's to better understand and monitor the supply chainTHE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRINGProfessional skills:Logistics/supply chain engineer or equivalentMin 5 years in a similar environment in an international companyExcellent knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, JD Edwards).
