Account Management will leverage an agile Pod model that will include a rich set of optimization capabilities such as Process Mining, Process Re-Engineering, Robotics Process Automation, BPM (Business Process Management), Digital Adoption Platforms, and others.Reporting to the senior director of account management, the Marketing Support Lead will be a hands-on role directly involved in supporting the creation and management of marketing presentations, proposal presentations, case studies and customer testimonials. In addition, this role will also extend support in crafting other digital assets for the Process Solutions leadership team.The Marketing Support lead will be responsible for mastering different digital collaterals and presentations driving consistent, high quality and up to date communications with stakeholders. The manager should be able to collect data, information, and insights from internal team to precipitate key messages and impact statements. The role extends beyond marketing support and into supporting practice engagement with variety of stakeholders (within and outside practice)The candidate must be a storyteller with strong visualization skills to communicate key messages to business stakeholders, delivery partners. The candidate should have strong organization and collaboration skills to be able to orchestrate between multiple communication engagements.Essential Skills/Experience:- Confirmed presales and / or after sales experience in professional services and consultative sales industry, with a strong history of success in communication and marketing- Strong eye for business combined with the ability to establish, grow, and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders and capability leaders- Shown experience crafting marketing presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals, and internal management presentations.- Proficient knowledge across presentation and collaboration tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Workplace- Excellent storytelling and visualization skills to capture and communicate key messages including development of compelling case studies- Experience working in sophisticated, cross-functional projects/programs in a matrixed model- Experience in collaborating and working with hard-working, globally based teamsDesirable Skills/Experience:- Experience of working within a fast-paced Global Business Services environment with minimal oversight- Experience in crafting marketing videos and campaigns- Familiarity with the biopharmaceuticals industry- Experience or qualifications in a related technology area- Experience working with Agile delivery methodology- Experience of working globally with multi-cultural awareness and cultural adaptabilityWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite ambitious thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
