Kelly Sales & Office is recruiting a Marketing Specialist (m/f) for an electronics company located in S. João da Madeira. Responsabilities: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to support company objectives and drive brand awareness;Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and advertising materials;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, innovation & sustainability, and product design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts;Coordinate social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to increase followers and engagement;Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies;Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and effective marketing solutions;Coordinate company participation in exhibitions with external companies. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate complex ideas effectively;English Fluent - mandatory (B2 minimum). Spanish and French, preferable;Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms;Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving;Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
