DescriçãoCollaborate with creative teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and PR, and share insights with other markets.Manage CRM system to segment customers, plan email campaigns, and track leads generated from marketing activities.Oversee Portugal marketing report to ensure accurate tracking of marketing metrics.Develop target lists for each campaign and monitor lead follow-up activities.Draft press releases for ongoing campaigns and maintain the TLC website with fresh content to support lead generation.Cultivate relationships within the marketing industry, focusing on awarding bodies and B2B press outlets, and manage award submissions.Provide support for telemarketing efforts, social media account management, competitor analysis, and quality assurance checks for marketing materials.
