Sobre o nosso clienteWe are hiring Marketing Director, for a luxury real estate and hospitality multinational company, in Almancil.DescriçãoDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the resort's business goals, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth;Uphold and enhance the resort's brand image through compelling storytelling, visual identity, and consistent messaging across all channels;Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and online presence and engagement;Collaborate with the different business areas (golf, holidays, services/ amenities) to create effective collateral, promotional materials, and sales tools that resonate with the target audience and drive business. Core business being property sales;Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and strategic partnerships;Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge;Responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Perfil idealBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role within the luxury real estate or hospitality industry;Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies;Excellent leadership and team management skills;Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset;Familiarity with CRM software and marketing analytics tools;Proficient in English.VantagensOpportunity to be a part of a solid, multinational, company.Excellent benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
