Our client is an excellent retail company. Descriçao da oferta To join a leading company in the retail sector, we are looking for a Marketing & CRM Assistant - Retail Company to strengthen our Marketing team. This professional will be responsible for managing a database of customers, working to build their loyalty and engagement. This is a fixed-term contract, with a hybrid work regime and an excellent on-the-job professional training. Knowledge of English is a must, as is some CRM experience (minimum 6 months).
Principais responsabilidades Reporting to our Marketing Director, this Marketing & CRM Assistant - Retail Company will have the following main responsibilities:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers (internal and external); Monitor costumer care strategies; Resolving customer complaints/issues quickly and efficiently; Keeping customers updated on the latest news and benefits in order to increase loyalty and engagement with our brands; Expanding the customer base by applying costumer engagement strategies; Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these; Conducting business reviews using CRM programs; Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. Perfil desejado A bachelor's degree in Management or related field; A minimum of 6 months experience; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient in all Microsoft applications + Analytical skills; Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus); Superior product knowledge and attention to detail; A team player with leadership skills and fast learner; Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction; Capable of managing relationships and knowledge throughout the entire organization.
