DescriçãoAnalyze local power market to identify key market trends and make recommendations.Regularly produce reports (e.G. by using third party software, in excel (+VBA), querying databases etc.) that identify key risks.Production of energy consumption forecasts and production forecasts (as applicable) to enable understand trading positions.Keep up to date with current events, news, projects and critical issues relating to power and report on these to the teamEngage with design and engineering teams to analyse the impact of energy assets Create and provide reports on organizational KPIs such as sustainability and cost goalsWork with third party software provider(s) to check and improve databases, datasets, dashboards and other integrations to simplify and improve reporting and insights.Optimize and improve models. Perfil ideal5+ years' experience in managing and analysing large data sets within the energy sector, ideally in Iberian power markets, producing reports that enable energy management teams to make decisions.Familiar with working within either commercial energy teams (i.E. teams that trade energy) or for consultancies/advisors that offer advice to third parties organisations (i.E. they do not directly trade)Confident user of databasesModelling capabilities (in excel with VBA)Knowledge of trading methodologies e.G., day ahead, intraday, balancing, and flexibility markets.Good understanding and awareness of market compliance and obligations.Cooperative, organized and with good communication skills in English and SpanishAnalytical approach to problem solving, data driven and prior database management experience.Interest in development languages, software, big data and AI /MLEngineering, Management or Accounting degree with more than 3 years' experience Vantagens A great professional opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
