Collaborate in the pricing and market access strategies for the products that optimize the value of life cycle management opportunities and ensure integration into brand strategies and plans;Collaborate in building relevant, solid value arguments with supporting health economics data (including budget impact and cost-effectiveness models);Elaborate and/or coordinate projects of added value and linkage for the assigned products: Value dossier, pharmacoeconomic aspects and/or health results, risk sharing, inclusion in guides, sequential innovation, etc;Do the mapping and engagement of the stakeholders of the main accounts under its responsibility, including the Board of Directors, Purchasing Departments, Pharmacy, Clinical Directors and other relevant individuals or institutions;Analyze the ecosystem on a micro and macro level to identify opportunities to improve access to company's products, customer effectiveness and efficiency, and facilitate partnership dialogue;Responsible for identifying main accounts and institutions, understanding its needs and the intricacies in the health system as they affect key institutions and accounts at a national, regional and hospital level;Collaborate in the introduction of new products or presentations in the accounts; Contribute to the achievement of the Company's sales target and to the increase its mid to long term profitability;Maintain a fluent communication with the Business Units, including all Brand Team members and the local Portuguese team - ensures an integrated approach of all teams and allows internal cross-functional collaboration;Contribute to the construction of the Regional Plans by the KAMs and the Marketing Plans by the Brand Teams, participating in their implementation, and providing relevant account insights for all departments in the company;Be the Tender Manager backup;Remains updated regarding the external market access environment, key trends, and the impact for company products, integrating knowledge on elements as diverse as payers, hospital operations, and political trends to produce positive impact on company ´s portfolio.Perfil idealIdeally a Post-graduation in Market Access;A minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry in the fields of Access (working on HTA submissions and in Price & Reimbursment) and/or Public Affairs;Experience of working with third party stakeholders and external customers;Experience of working in a cross-functional/multi-cultural environment;Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with key decision makers in mid to large Hospital organizations (COO, CFO, CEO) and/or National Institutions to create business opportunities;Language skills: Portuguese & English (Mandatory), Spanish (ideally);Strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver customer-focused proposals;Teamwork and cross functionality;Full autonomy and good work dynamic.Good working conditions, including a flexible schedule model, training, and development programs, as well as social benefits.
