We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Management Controller , that will have the following responsibilities:· Define and execute relevant and reliable KPI to enable the management of the Business Lines· Develop and improve harmonized processes· Homogenize management rules across BLs· Drive optimization/simplification projects and tools automation· Coordinate budget process within BLs· Perform analytical reviews of the monthly operating results and help to ensure reasonability and accuracy of reports, providing explanation for month over month variation in increases levels as part of the closing process· Lead the analytical cycles as is Internal Hours, Time Registration, Works Map, Headcount, PRU calculation, Accruals & Deferrals· Ensure an accurate monthly Revenues Report, Pipe Reconciliation, Backlog and Activation Costs;· Perform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis, bot on HFM and IFS, ensuring a review between ERP and Consolidation Tool;· Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting processes under IFRS including harmonization entries· Analyse and report including intangible assets and production (half-yearly and yearly)· Implement crispy presentations to inform and to enable decision-making (QBR for instance)· Monitoring and Performance => consolidation & benchmark of the country numbers, risk review (CAPEX/OPEX, margin recognition, project status and progress), Stock Control and Credit Assessment· Ensure communication with Asset Owners;· Mid-term analysis of IPP and DEV performance and benchmark with competitors· Be the point of contact with external auditors;· Ad hoc analysisREQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have/ be:· 5 years of experience in International Controlling department· Good knowledge in General and Analytical accounting· Knowledge of key-principles of IFRS norms· Solid understanding of project cost control/ analysis, budget and forecasting· Experience with multi-national & multi-currency companies· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting Systems and BI Application· Proficiency with a consolidation software would be highly appreciated· Auditing Experience in a Big 4 Company is a plusKEY SKILLS· Very good communication skills· Self-starter, ability to identify issues and problem-solving orientation· Precision and organization· Priority management· Capability to summarize· Outgoing and engaging personality.BUSINESS LINEGeography Finance - UK, Italy, Spain, PortugalCONTRACT TYPEPermanent ContractCONTRACT DURATIONLOCATIONPortugal, PortoSTARTING DATEJan 24You may be interested in these vacancies#J-18808-Ljbffr
