Your new teamWe, the Major Projects team, are Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers responsible for complex repair projects and campaigns for Onshore Windfarms in the region of Northern Europe and Middle East (NE&ME). We are passionate about wind energy, appreciate challenges, enjoy working together and are looking forward to having you in our team!How to contribute to our visionYou are responsible for the financial planning, correct assignment, monitoring and controlling of project costs. You are responsible for preparing commercial documentation for regular project status reviews and ensuring the accuracy of the commercial project data. You proactively drive the definition and implementation of cost reduction measures, supported by the respective business case analysis. Together with the Project Manager, you are ensuring that the critical commercial and basic legal elements of supplier contract and claim obligations are duly fulfilled in the projects. You support the Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities. You support internal improvement, quality and standardization initiatives within the commercial team and projects. What you need to make a differenceYou hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent degreeYou have minimum 2 years of experience as Commercial Project Manager, Project Controller or finance related functions (e. g. Cost Center Controlling, Finance Analyst, etc. )You have a structured approach to your assignments and can handle scope changes occurring in a dynamic, multicultural environment to the full satisfaction of your stakeholders. You stand out for your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for your field of responsibility as well as strong communication skills and intercultural experience. You are confident, proactive and possess the ability to work both independently and in teams. You are able to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a- paced environment. You have good command of SAP as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Any experience in Power Bi, ThinkCell, VBA would be a plus. You possess excellent English language skills, both orally and in writing, other languages are a plus. It is required to speak and understand Swedish on a very good level for Sweden location.
