A group of people who live for the business and technology breakthroughs, creating fast, cohesive management and decision tools.We are looking for a LOGISTICS TECH LEAD to join our DELIVERY LOGISTICS TEAM a t BIT.Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the Logistics Tech Lead's mission is to help the team to manage and evolve the Logistics technological platforms and solutions.- Participate, actively, in the design of Logistics solutions;- Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure the implementation of best practices and guidelines;- Solve complex processes ensuring high availability and performance;- Participate and help on the entire development cycle.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar;- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar functions;- Team player who is eager to succeed and helping others to succeed;- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;- Familiar with CI/CD concepts; - Mandatory 4+ years experience in PL/SQL;- Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure with multiple tasks and priorities looking forward to meet the agreed deadlines;- Good attention to detail, strong ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;- Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the "why," and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation;- Ability to work at tactical and strategic level simultaneously.WHAT MAKES US THE BEST CHOICE…We are firmly convinced that technology can re-shape the retail business, bringing more convenience and exceeding customer's expectations.
