License Compliance Analyst page is loaded License Compliance Analyst Apply locations Lisbon time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id REQ0522_0025484 Responsibilities The License Compliance Consultant is to deliver license audit processes to customers on usage of Finastra software with the objective of preventing and/or eliminating license exposure risks. The License Compliance Consultant is organizationally part of License Management department reporting to the strategic audit team lead and working closely with the wider Finastra organization to ensure objective and consistent handling of license audits.
Process driven audit execution to minimize the cycle time, ensuring strong customer engagement and conducting deep analysis of the clients' contractual rights vs deployment and usage of Finastra's software.

Key Tasks Carry out comprehensive contract reviews and related investigations into software user rights. Act as the primary contact for Finastra's customers during license audit process from the data collection phase through to evaluation presentation. Manage audit escalations where customers are unresponsive to an audit request.Brief internal organization on audit findings and plan customer communication and engagement.Meet with customers to present and explain audit results and advise on effective license position.Carry out effective due diligence on any justification or alternative interpretation presented by the customer.Manage evaluation phase of license audits into mutual conclusion with the customer and ensure that BOM covers the non-compliance.Support Sales and the customer with technical licensing and license rights advice as required during commercial discussions to resolve any non-compliance identified in an audit. Work Experience / Requirements Candidate should have 2+ years of experience from license management/license compliance or similar relevant roles.Customer skills and customer facing experience is required.General knowledge of the international standards of the professional practice of internal auditing is required.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience working in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount as well as time-critical SLAs.Fluent English, additional language(s) are a plus ************************************************************************************************************* The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
