What you?will do Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate the design and delivery of L&D initiatives and programs.Serve as the focal point for assisting in operational details to implement training in diverse contexts, including in-person, remote, and e-learning formats.Ensure that L&D materials are kept up to date.Evaluate the success of L&D interventions.Provide high-quality analysis and reporting support.Research the external environment to ensure that our solutions are industry-leading.Foster collaborative work with team members and establish partnerships with wider business stakeholders.What you'll bring Relevant Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.At least two years of experience in an L&D (preferred) or HR operational role.Previous experience in a tech environment (preferred).Proficiency and familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office tools, e-learning platforms, among others.Capability of selecting the appropriate metrics for reporting and tracking, with the flexibility to present insightful and relevant metric reports.Strong ownership and accountability, emphasizing an approach focused in problem-solving and collaboration.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese, also?actively listens to others.Eagerness to learn new skills, adapt, and apply them in various situations to enhance competence.Detail-orientation, organization, and forward-looking, with a continuous improvement mindset for all processes.Feeling comfortable engaging with individuals from different countries, diverse backgrounds, and all levels within the organization.
