Black Belts are deployed throughout the organization to execute process improvement projects that drive breakthrough improvement in customer satisfaction, process capability, and quality.Additional duties include coaching and mentoring Green Belts, sponsors, and champions in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Following completion of a rigorous training program, serve as an expert resource to the organization on Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application of tools and tactics.Job Description Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelors Degree required Licenses/Certifications: Black Belt certification required, external certification from an approved training program preferred; ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) preferredExperience / Knowledge / Skills:One (1) to three (3)years experience with change management, project management, continuous performance improvement and/or data analysis, preferably in healthcare settingDemonstrated desire to learn new skills and drive changes in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaborationSolid skills in data collection and data entry; aptitude for math and statistical concepts (formal class work in basic statistics preferred)Proficiency with Office computer tools (e.G.
