About the role: We're looking for a talented and experienced Lead Ruby on Rails Developer to join our European team. As a Lead Developer, you'll play a crucial role in driving the technical direction and success of our projects - with a focus on our current platform integration. You'll get to utilize your Ruby on Rails, systems architecture & design expertise and first-rate leadership skills in this role. They'll be instrumental in building the team, guiding and mentoring developers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and solutions.
