What you will be doing Defining and promoting the IS strategy, ensuring operational implementation for information systems. Steering IS projects impacting their line of work directly or through cross-entity projects. Providing support and coaching to managers under their supervision. Overseeing, supervising, delegating, and controlling daily team activities. Ensuring proper management of IT risks & cyber security in their domain. Managing staff, resources, and budget, optimizing business costs. Acting as a sponsor for company innovation and value creation initiatives. Coordinating relationships with parent locations and process owners, empowering Team Managers. Continuously optimizing processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. What you will bring Master's Degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Application Support. Advanced proficiency in written and oral English and French. Familiarity with Production tools. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. Strong decision-making abilities. Ability to make a personal impact and influence others. Resilience in handling challenges and setbacks.
