Join us in shaping the future of realestate.We are currently looking for a new member for the Legal Property Management team to join us in the position of Lawyer, Property Management .Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in LisbonRequirements:Degree in Law3 - 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate areaVery good knowledge of the country's legislation related to commercial real estate contracts and overall legal frameworkProficient in MS OfficeResults orientedStrong analytical and communicational skillsResponsibilities:Ensure the drafting and updating of contracts for the lease of premises in Shopping Centres, as well as all contracts related to the operation and functioning of the Shopping Centres;Aid other departments in overseeing that the tenants abide their obligations and in interpreting the contracts and legal solutions to adopt;Request and coordinate the provision of services to external law firms and propose solutions to ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of problems;Ensure the adequate and timely report to the Administration, of situations that should be known, especially when they can import risks or increased responsibilities for the company;Ensure the correct filing of the different contracts signed by Sierra and of its related documents (such as bank guaranties).At Sonae Sierra, we are committed to creating aworkplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
