Labour Lawyer

Our client is a professional law firm with office in Lisbon. They are currently seeking a talented junior associate to join and develop the labour law department. This lawyer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic big team with an outlined career progression plan.
About the Job:
Active collaboration in the Labour Department;
Drafting of contracts, with case-by-case advice on the most advantageous solutions;
Clarification and resolution of working conditions issues;
Conducting disciplinary proceedings;
Working in labour litigation and advisory services.
About the Candidate:
• A law degree from Portuguese university;
• Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
• At least 3-5 years' professional experience in the relevant area (Labour Law);
• Fluency in English and other languages shall be valued;
• Commercial aspect on the profile;
• Team and project management skills with autonomy;
• Flexibility, dynamism and versatility.
