THE ROLE
We are looking for a#TechTalentto perform duties as a Lab/Test Engineer, for a project in the technology sector.
You will work with a content team, aligned to a "solution area" and support the course lab activities created by that team. You will support Content Developers on the team to maintain, and sometimes build lab steps for technical courses created and supported by that content team. Course lab steps need constant maintenance to support product, service, and UI changes.
Day to day tasks include reporting bug resolution status, performing lab steps and documenting any technical issues and updating the lab based on UI or service changes and creating new labs or lab steps. You will work with the course owners to resolve issues and determine focus or areas needing improvement.
