This role offers a unique opportunity to manage key clients, nurture daily relationships, and contribute to the creation of new, customized products through white-label partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage key clients, nurture daily relationships, and contribute to the creation of new, customized products through white-label partnerships. Description Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key international clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive engagement. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Collaborate with clients to understand market trends and emerging needs, providing insights to internal teams. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets. Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to create tailored white-label solutions for key clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their branding and product requirements, ensuring the successful development and delivery of customized products. Drive innovation by proposing new product ideas that align with market demands and client preferences. Sales and Revenue Growth: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as production, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless client experiences. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance, challenges, and opportunities. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the furniture sector or a related industry. Strong understanding of international markets and business dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on driving business results.
