Junior Project Finance Analyst F/H - 6 Months Contract

Job Description We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst  for a 6-months contract, that will help on the project financing of a c.400MWp solar Portfolio (the Himalaya portfolio). You will be part of the execution team that will deliver the akuo's biggest solar portfolio. Your task: Update and run financial models as necessary; Support on the financial documentation negotiation (review and structure); Assist lenders and investors with preparation of credit applications; Review of the due diligence reports; Contact with local stakeholders to execute the transaction (local banks/agents/interbolsa/advisors/etc); Qualifications You are a problem solver coming from an Engineering/Maths/Business/Management or similar background; You have already gained professional experience after graduation (6 months to 2 years). You have already studied/worked within an international environment. You have strong interest in the Renewable Energy sector; You are characterized by a systematic, analytical approach and goal orientation. You have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You are open to the idea of regular business trips (national/international). Business-fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese. French is a plus.
