In this role you will have the main responsibility of managing your product roadmap, needs, and essentially their design and configuration. You will collaborate closely with teams from various departments, such as engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to make sure the final product satisfies customer requirements and adds value to the company.Managing the product lifecycle by defining the product strategy;Performing market research;Collaborate with different teams such as Business, Tech team, Marketing.. In order to conclude a product requirement and define product roadmap;Elaboration of Product Definition Documents;Collaboration with the Support team to understand Costumers needs and complains;Product budget control;Design of new features and products.QualificaçõesExperience in managing digital tools used in costumers daily work;Degree in Management or similar;Experience in the product department or support;Very good level of English ( other languages are a plus);Knowledge of CRM is a plus;At least 2 years' experience; Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is a plus;Problem solver;Driven by automatization;Interest in AI and how can improve the daily work;Costumer focus;Team work.
