Descrição Providing effective legal and commercial advice and assistanceDraft and negotiate contractsAssist the function supported regarding the assessment and management of legal and commercial risk and in light of different risk profilesHelp to ensure that business is conducted in accordance with relevant law and the group's internal governance processesProvide preliminary advice on disputesAdvise on regulatory complianceSupport a range of standard and bespoke contracts and queries with relatively low to medium levels of revenues, complexity and impact Perfil ideal Educated to degree level or equivalentQualified lawyer in EU jurisdiction with international commercial legal experience (between 2-5 years' relevant qualified experience)Good technical knowledge and experience of the law (including contract / commercial law and regulatory issues e.g. GDPR), contracts and practice relevant to the Segments/Functions supportedGood technical contract drafting and negotiation skillsIT contract experienceProblem solving - ability to identify and analyse key information to make balanced and appropriate decisionsProblem solving - ability to advise on legal and commercial options and challenge others where necessaryAbility to provide preliminary advice on legal disputesGood communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrating the applicable core and legal competenciesTechnical accuracy and good judgementTimely advice and assistanceClear communicationBeing an effective and trusted business partner to the business/operations Vantagens A great opportunity for professional growth!
