YOUR ROLE As a Junior Dynamics 365 Developer at Xpand IT, you will be responsible for analysing, supporting teams and participating in the customisation of applications. Your function will involve meetings with the internal team, active participation in maintaining existing solutions and developing new features, roles, workflows, and forms, among others.On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:Participate in daily meetings with the internal team to set priorities, plan activities and system customisationsConfigure and customise the CRM platform with forms, roles, duplication rules, dashboards, charts, custom filters, views and workflowsUse industry best practices in all phases of solution development, ensuring code release is readable, scalable and optimisedProactively work to improve project design, support and development together with Project Managers// Stacks: Microsoft Dynamics 365 SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems and Technologies or equivalentProfessional experience (6 months – 1 year) with Dynamics 365Professional experience with PowerPlatform, PowerApps or PowerAutomateAbility to present and discuss requirements and workflowsInterest and motivation to be a certified developerCritical thinking to question and propose new ways of carrying out processesGood written and spoken organizational communication skillsEnjoy working with a team and solving complex problems// Will be a nice plus if you have:Experience with technologies based on C#, Plugins, CRM ToolsExperience in SQL Server, Oracle, etc.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Beginner CRM projects Beginner Hybrid Lisbon Flexibility and Remote Work Health Insurance Protocols and partnerships Events Teambuilding Working with the CRM team is the perfect opportunity to have a global vision of our client's business.
