We are rapidly growing, delivering augmented telemedicine on 4 continents, and we have barely begun!About the roleWe are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to gather and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources (e.g. insurance processing, clinical operations, patient behavior) to extract trends and business insights. If this makes sense, keep reading!As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:Analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHR), patient demographics, and operational systems, to extract meaningful insights;Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and operational teams;Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including data science, product management, and clinical operations, to support data-driven decision-making;Perform statistical analysis to support population health management, risk stratification, and clinical outcome optimization;Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve them.Here are the skills we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Statistics, Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and security.Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude;Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
