YOUR ROLECurrently Henkel is looking for a Jr Customer Marketing Manager for the Professional Beauty Care DivisionImplement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; steer the respective marketing budget; manage local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands. Development and execution of digital and press activities in the market. Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategyMarketing input for local implementation planSet-up of marketing actions in close cooperation with salesDevelopment and execution of trade marketing and promotional strategy for brands (in cooperation with sales)Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budgetOptimize marketing processesClose collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activitiesDevelopment of Innovation Plans in collaboration with international + Spanish teamsYOUR SKILLSAcademic Background: Min.
