YOUR ROLE Currently Henkel is looking for a Jr Customer Marketing Manager for the Professional Beauty Care Division Implement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; steer the respective marketing budget; manage local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands. Development and execution of digital and press activities in the market. Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategy Marketing input for local implementation plan Set-up of marketing actions in close cooperation with sales Development and execution of trade marketing and promotional strategy for brands (in cooperation with sales) Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budget Optimize marketing processes Close collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activities Development of Innovation Plans in collaboration with international + Spanish teams
