Junior Credit Controller

With over 50 years of business success, we have built a reputation as the world leader in specialist recruitment and workforce solutions.Which are the requirements?Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Business Administrations...Some language knowledge : Spanish fluent.Desire to learn.Organization and archive capability.Written and verbal communication skills.Spirit of initiative and curiosity.Good excel skills.Team workerWhat your new rol would be?Daily registers of all customer receipts keeping the accounts always up to date.Follow up on customers through daily contacts by phone and email.Interact with external customers and, where appropriate, take the necessary steps to resolve sues.Maintain the payment terms of customers correctly.Perform the initial credit assessment of clients under team leader supervision.Carry out the Quality process in the Permanent Business Unit.Deal effectively and professionally with internal customers.Perform all administrative work related to the function and the credit control and collection department.Identify and report any issue that may involve delay in receiving by attracting the attention of Team Leader or Manager.What do we offer?Indefinite contract + daily meal allowance + health insurance + HAYS Benefits (discounts, courses…)Hybrid work modality.Flexible schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
