We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for the education sector.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement GenAI models for educational applications, such as personalized learning content generation, personalized mentoring, adaptive learning systems, and automated assessment tools.Collaborate with educators, data scientists, and product managers to understand educational needs and translate them into technical requirements for GenAI solutions.Develop and maintain efficient training pipelines for GenAI models, ensuring data quality and addressing potential biases.Monitor and optimize the performance of GenAI models, employing techniques like A/B testing and error analysis.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI research and actively explore new applications for the education sector.Document technical processes and provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
